you only need to send in the exe, they generally prefer not to have to pay for every possible version of a game, the only real change in trainer values comes from the change in the exe. which is why if a game is patched but the exe isnt changed, the trainer usualy works
Indeed, the best idea is to send the exe directly when the game has been released to Chris. Then we'll (hopefully) be able to deliver everything at once.

All you do is upload the *.exe file to a hosting site there are many out there then PM the link to PWiz. Of course telling him politely whats its for.
Oh but nearly forgot. Next time know when the game is coming out before posting for a trainer.
