I dont know if this is old or not but, once u make it to sanctuary use a second controller to play split screen join in on the same profile as ur main toon it will say something to the extent of since ur on same profile ur achivments and badass pts wont be saved. It will also give u 10or golden keys to use. Now they dont save to the new toon but each time u do it u get 10more and there is no need to make new toons just load the existing newbie toon. It seems though that lvl of items coreaponds to the toon that opens the chest so with lvl 2 newbie i got lvl 7 items. U can do it with ur main as well so i would sugest to get ur newbie to sanctuary and than do the same thing except have ur main log in as profilr(1) he will get 10 free keys, i know it works cuz i tested the keys but i have to get my newbie to sanc to c the item lvl from my main.
