On 12/28/2012 I bought the Alias change and even contacted Chris and was told to contact Nevermore. Am I doing something wrong? Do you guys still do alias changes?

It all depends on how you paid also, if by bank it has to be 4 working days, and from the 28th, tomorrow is day 3 in terms of working days.

But if paid by CC then I don't know why there is a hold up unless your payment was declined?

As long as you contacted Nevermore, he will get to it when he can. He has to update the database, change all of your previous board posts, etc. It can take some time.
