Does your carrier have fuel? The carrier should refuel, rearm and repair your vehicles when they're docked, but it uses the carrier's fuel supply to "pay" for it.

I've been buying the fuel pack. And my carrier is usually full. I'll try the "Fuel" and see what happens.
Okay same thing it didn't refuel or repair my vehicles. Could the cheats have prevented it from happening?
That's just strange, I haven't heard of that. I haven't run into any problems and I don't believe the cheats would cause that, but it's hard to say, this game is known for behaving oddly.
Which cheats are you using? The editor, the mod, which options? Strategy mode or campaign?
When you dock are you flying them back or using the cheat mod to "insta-dock"? I haven't run into that problem myself, but I can look into whether that can cause it if you are using it.

People say that happens if you retake one of the first 3 islands from the enemy in the campaign. If that's the problem, I might be able to put something in the cheat mod to force carrier repair back on ... but that could break things if it was used before you're supposed to in the campaign ... I'm not sure.
I was using my saved game from a previous editor on the site. Can't really say that was the issue however bouncing around on all my saved games it seemed to have started after "Treasure" I went ahead and started over. Been working fine ever since. :-)
