That's very strange. Did you try pressing Alt+F4 when you're underwater to see if it would trigger the options to work?

??? ALT-F4 will close the game directly as you also should know :P...when you mean alt-num4 than nothing happens

Good day,
I have tried traner with the game version 1.03.
Enabeling cheats freezes the game (if you press ESC. or any other button)

But what if you DON'T press any other button? What happens then?

Same here. After activating Options in Trainer Game crashes if u press Esc or want to view the map.

If you dont press ESC game runs fine, you can walk, drive, shoot, but cheats doesnt work (for example, unlimited health, no reload, unlimmited ammo).
