I upgraded from the one month membership to the unlimited and now my trainers will not authenticate. Status on account shows unlimited and the payment shows pending on my card. I can download the trainers but when opened a red banner appears at the top with "Invalid trainer user"

I have. One trainer gives the red banner and the other gives a dialog box saying that the user has been banned. Both worked perfectly before the upgrade.
I downloaded your personalized trainer and it worked fine. Clear your browser and PC cache and also your router cache. Reboot everything and then try again. Something on your PC or network has cached the block.
