Water cooling is only necessary when you're doing some overvolting and overclocking.
@Fullmetal: According to HWmonitor, what is "fine"? You may want to go on the Hitman forums and see if anyone else is having issues.
It could be some kind of anti-cheat, arguing with the trainer, going back and forth and shutting the system down . If, by some wild chance, that is the case, you might want to consider applying a No-CD and see if that fixes it (but remember to back up your original exe).

It isn't just Hitman though. It has happened to me when I play Dishonored, X-COM, and the Assassins Creed games.
It would help a ton if you had the actual STOP error code that it gives when it restarts. You can probably find it in the Reliability History of Action Center or in the Event Viewer.

Found it. I am not seeing a stop error code though. It just says it wasn't properly shut down.

I am checking the even logs though and it says something about Kernel Power errors.
After replacing my power supply for a similar issue I then found it was my volt-guard/surge-protector multi box power thing that was the issue - If you use one of these check the maximum voltage and if you think you might be exceeding it then unplug some of the things from it and see how it goes.
