Well here is a snippet from IGN we will get Mass Effect 4 but when is the BIG question!
BioWare has confirmed that the next Mass Effect will use a version of DICE’s Frostbite engine. In a blog post on BioWare’s official site, BioWare Montreal studio director Yanick Roy noted that the game “will be built with the amazing technology of Frostbite as its foundation” and that it will be “enhanced by many of the systems that the Dragon Age III team has already spent a lot of time building
So thats good news from Bioware i can't wait for this game.
Personally I am looking forward to both titles. However, aside from this post I have not seen anything confirming Mass Effect 4. It is good to see that they are going through with another title. Any speculation on whether or not this will be a prequel... or will they create a whole new future? Or is the talk solely based on the future game's engine? Mirraluka, if you get a chance hook us up with the link to the story you got your information from.

The only other thing I can say about DA3 is the title will be Inquisition and you may well be playing a magistrate from the Black City (don't quote me on the last part :P) not sure if they will keep it as a Tevinter character or not.

I caught the open letter in re DA III on the DA site. I cannot seem to find any legitimate stories about ME IV. Everything I am coming across googling the subject reads as if it is nothing but rumor mill ramblings.

If I remember correctly the Inquisition title comes from taking on the role of a Seekers of Truth inquisitor during the mage-templar war. I think one of your companions is supposed to be a tevinter though.
I hope they do a new future for Mass Effect 4, since I am not exactly sure how setting the game in past events would even make much sense.
