Using this Trainer ------------------ Launch the trainer FIRST, then launch the Game and then listen for "Activated". Due to the way the game is compiled at runtime, the trainer will automatically modify the code and give you the options AUTOMATICALLY. This may take several seconds so please give it some time to complete.

Unlimited Ammo - as stated before, the trainer will automatically give you unlimited ammo. To get the ammo, drop the weapon you are using and then pick it back up. You will have 9000 rounds.
Unlimited Health - you are immune to damage from most attacks

1. Climb out the window and into the next room. 2. Go to the room across the hallway. Take care not to stagger upwards, where the guard will spot you. 3. Go North and into the hallway. Don't be spotted by the nurse. 4. Go right and into the elevator.
5. Go South and hide in the corner so that a nurse passes by. Continue Southwest and stop in the Southernmost room (I think it's a bathroom). Two doctors will pass by. 6. Exit via the door in the West.
The trainer caused problems for me in the level Assault by making the policemen in the barricaded room invincible to gunfire.
For future readers, I solved the problem by wearing the Tony mask, then throwing guns at the policemen. This made them start walking around the room, eventually coming close enough to the wall for me to kill them with a punch.
