Well..

Ive been noticing that the AI traffic is really blind on occasion(?)

for the most part of my "accidents" ive been hit by cars behind me on the "Autobahn" that suddenly dont see me,
or cars that run a red light..

Anyone elce having these "Bugs"

I've seen lot's of bugs about traffic as well, I admit what you said.

They hit you from behind and that results paying crash penalty. Sometimes cars ride on wrong side of the road without changing it. Also Once I got stuck in a terrific and the cars in my line didn't even move a meter for hours so I was forced to continue my way from going to fringe of the road and exited it's border.

Hi Man,
If you're stuck in traffic, just save the game "as is", exit and restart; all the traffic or accidents will be gone!

Actually when you reload your savegame the traffic will reset.
