Since maybe a week, the download of any trainer is impossible for me. If i click on "DOWNLOAD", the message " Your download is being customized for you, please wait..." appears and nothing happens. I wait for more then 30 minutes, but its impossible to get the trainer. Is there any problen on your side or with my account?...

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. lower browser security, try different browser ,etc.
