An invalid handle can be potentially caused by an environment issue. Please ensure that your computer is properly setup and rule out this possibility by following the troubleshooting guide.

right click the games .exe, select Properties. Click the Details tab, there should be a file version.
if none of the trainer versions are working then either the game has patched and there is no updated trainer for said patch, or you have other issues causing the trainer to crash your game, for which most are covered here Link

The version is at the main menu in the bottom right corner. And yes, the trainer is outdated (didn't noticed an update). I'll let you know when i've updated the trainer.
