I know I know about the virus false positives believe me, I've read the stuff. However recently I've been very curious as to why the most recent trainers (last few months) for games like xcom, and borderlands 2. Have been trying to auto start upon boot up?

I have malwarebytes pro runing in the background and while I get that it's 99.9999999% likely reading a false positive when I actually manually launch the trainer. However this only pops up when the program is launched or attempting to run. So why is a trainer attempting to run upon start up?

I'm not busting out tin foil hats or upset, just curious.

Sounds like a false alarm, no trainer/editor wants to run on windows start. Must be something else.
