While I have had the same issue, I felt no reason to voice what others have already vehemently stated(and more than a little obsessively). I am glad for this service which is why I paid for the membership. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling the game this evening to see if that fixes the problem. I am not a computer programmer and know enough to make me dangerous but not to do what you guys do. That's why I pay for this service and will keep my membership. Thank for for putting this out there for us and keeping up the good work. Enjoy your vacation and unplug.
You should have a TOS switch and let folks vote for game bans for folks. That way when folks just rant unrealistically in game X and nobody wants to hear their *****ing anymore they can be voted "off the island" so to speak.
Edit: Maybe do a website wide poll to see if folks would like this? I think it would get majority support frankly. Nobody cares to see folks ****ting on you and everyone who helps.
Classic "digital age" generation, want something for nothing...call me a jerk for saying that, but it's true. Look at how (most) games are made today; tutorial + achievement friendly. They don't make them like they used to and sadly, gamers either.

Pwiz, the only time criticism should bother you (or anyone, really) is when it has some basis in fact. Someone not having a trainer working perfectly, on all counts, as a 0-hour application? Whoever thinks that has only passing relationship with reality.
