Same problem as well. I tried the Gray Market attempt and it didn't budge at all.

If you are in dire need of cash use cheat engine. It's not exactly hidden as instructed earlier and allows us to stop nagging this pm about something he is now aware of...btw rachet is the best.

for the ADD MONEY option, you may need to ALT TAB to the desktop and then back for it to work. I know this is strange, but give it a try.

I don't know if it helps, but I'm using the purchased steam version of the game, and I am running both the trainer and the game as administrator. I can't think of anything that I haven't done before with your awesome trainers.
