Randy tweeted not to long ago that they had finished Mechro earlier than they originally planned and its set to be released for all Platforms sometime today.
As such, use the trainer/editor as much as you can as CH will most likely have to update afterwords and theres no telling how long it'll take them to get them working flawlessly.
Randy himself said this, but you know how Steam and the other publishers are when uploading content so it can come out today or even tomorrow.
