Yesterday I experienced 4 game freezes, with a Win7 message that Borderlands 2 had stopped working.
I killed the Warrior 3 times and the game would freeze while picking up loot, and I had to start over at the last save point at the entrance to the Vault.
For the 4th try, I killed it and then when ready to pick up loot, I ran to the exit to Eridium Blight and finally got a save, and finally unlocked TVHM for PT2.
I then went and killed Terramorphus, but just like The Warrior, the game froze as I was picking up loot.
I have updated my video driver and will try again to run BL2 without a freezeup.
Has anyone experienced this, or does anyone have comments/suggestions?
Thanks, Ax

Had no freeze ups today--woohoo! So, updating the video driver may have been key.
Next, I'm going to load the Trainer back up and hope my game continues to be stable.

Update: No problem with the Trainer, so far.

Problem reoccurred today. Was using the new Trainer. Had also used the new Editor. Got same "Borderlands 2 not working" message. Restarted several times but game would almost immediately freeze. Also got message from Steam that my save file was not in sync with the Steam cloud.
Went back to a prior savegame backup and didn't use Trainer or Editor. So far, everything is working with no freezes.
I don't want to say that it is the Trainer or Editor at this point. Will continue to run without them for awhile.

My Borderlands 2 also crashes but with many different programs, and even with CH programs but RARELY and the new mini patches can screw it up for you too. I would be aware of Gearbox's little patches here and there.

Had a freezeup and crash today while running only the Editor. Was hoping I could get by with the Editor while avoiding the Trainer for awhile.

Went into the Options menu and under Video I backed off some of the options to normal, low, or off.
So far, no problems with the newest versions of the Editor and Trainer. Fingers crossed.

Had a freeze and crash today using Trainer and Editor together. After restarting, the game immediately froze and crashed even without the Trainer and Editor being used. It had been awhile since this had happened. Still a mystery to me. Steam or internet connection?
Thank goodness I have been backing up my save games fairly regularly.
