Every time I try to increase my attributes during the normal lvl up progress the stats revert back to the original and the changes I made with the trainer didn't stick. What am I doing wrong, and yes I did follow the read me. But thanks for the trainer.

you can try using the kotor savegame editor (KSE) that is posted on this site to edit everything about your game.
the version on this site is outdated though, you can download the latest version here Link
once downloaded you will need to direct the software to where your kotor/kotor2 saves are stored, which would most likely be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II
to do this just run the KSE software. Once open there will be a dropdown list labeled 'SAVEGAMES' click (+) and you will have two more options dropped down labeled 'Knights of the Old Republic' and 'The Sith Lords'. Right click on 'The Sith Lords' and select 'Change Path For The Sith Lords'. then find your kotor2 directory through the steam folder and select OK.

well i didnt know there was a 3.33 of KSE i found a alternate location then gamefront they keep move and/or delete files to left and right. heres the alternate location Link
