downloading from the site, open, writes-Error. Could not install the file-installtion failed

At first everything seems to shake normalno.Zapustil and buttons do not respond, only the voice govorit.Nu tepervot I closed and can not open in any way. Gives an error.

Stop double posting, use edit button. Read it carefully and follow the instructions.

Everytime I use the max virtual pro stats, my player becomes 7'5. Is there anyway to fix this?
