Just a note for anyone running Win 8. I had to set this to Win 7 compatibility mode, otherwise when I clicked through the dialog box to start the program, Windows just kept asking me what program to open this ".tmp" file with. Setting the compatibility mode gave me the UAC prompt and it worked perfect.

About not saving values, i dunno. Seems to be related to the game. As long as they're working while playing it shouldn't be a big deal.
tested the trainer as well as the editor using them the same time, and no problems doing this, so with these 2 trainers, you have all the options you can ever dream of
Badass ranks seem to save if you edit them again using a token.
Edit your rank/s to whatever number you want. Then give yourself some Badass tokens and put one into whatever bonus you edited in the editor... Should save them that way.
About the bonus ranks, which you need normally a lot badass tokens for, which also means 1 million times clicking , or by means of a macro, to let that one do the clicking for you, it still needs ages of time to get even at 100 % in all bonus ranks, so this is what you do, in the editor set the values to lets say 1000, which gives roughly 170+ % in all the stats, then with the trainer, add a few times to those stats till they all show a few % higher, then save game quit game and start game again and this time the bonus stats stick
