Yup, my account was supposed to be upgraded to life time last year still nothing. I'm not going to mention or say the name of my account just in case of ban for complaining. Just want to point out the flaw and hope you guys fix it and perhaps find a better way to upgrade people.

Please note that PayPal is experiencing some kind of delay issue with their payment reporting today. We have opened a ticket to see what the issue is and hopefully it will get resolved soon. When your payment is sent to our server your account will automatically upgrade. You are also welcome to contact PayPal and let them know that your payment is not posting timely.

I have a problem with my life time plus is not activated on the home page of the site but in my payments on paypal is always active, how can I solve?
