I guess the difference is "steam build" and "retail build" then and nothing in the game itself that is updated, would need a trainer compatible with either though but the command console has worked pretty well so far though if it's needed I can provide the exe for 1.9.2.1 albeit I do not know if my version (From their website, thus digital retail.) differs from the disc version and what other differences there are.
EDIT: Then again since they can patch every time you launch the game it might also be better to wait a while until the early hotfixes and such are out of the way.

I think you're not be flaged. I pelayed last day with my friends and none of them noticed a flag. But if you create and spend a lot of stat points people can understand that you're cheating.
And i've a question. When will you relase trainer for new version? Older version crashes game :/
Yes plz make a retail version of the trainer i cant use it on my actual player because if i use no-cd its look like i cant load my character and got to start anew..
