Apparently there is some misscomunication about release and update versions. STEAM apparently only updates to build 2613 while the public NON-STEAM release automatically updated to 2614 and the 2613 trainer will not or is not working for all 2614 updated games. Has anyone come up with a trainer that does work with the version 1.3 build 2614 public release of the game yet? We are all interested in an updated savegame for 2614 as well. Thanks CH! Also. If anyone knows a setting change or other option that will allow the trainer for build 2613 to work for build 2614 please let us all know what the options are!?! Thanks!

I bought L.A. Noire Complete Edition on the weekend from steam, and yes I got the failed patch update because it times out and fails during the L.A. Noire synchronization load screen all the time
My games exe says it's 2613.1.0.0
and trainer 2613.1.0.0 works fine, I only use Unlimited health, unlimited ammo and no reload and 5 intuition and no vehicle damage, I like earning my XP and don't use add XP or level up or level down at all

I guess that means that folks like myself who own the retail version of the game, not the STEAM version, are the ones who need the updated trainer then. I have considered trying the STEAM game's trainer since some newer game trainers that are coming out say they are for the retail or updated game as well as the STEAM version of the game. If it works I will post an update here about it for anyone else who is in the same version missmatch situation with a retail "Non-STEAM" version of the game. Thanks.
