Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi. I'd like my secret answer reset please. I can't get it right no matter how hard I try. Been having problems with some of the trainers that just won't open even though I make sure they are in the Antivirus safe zone. Here hoping the offline key will fix it. Thanks!
