Hi there
i accidentally paypal dispute 2 of my account named Mahesa and Mahesa17 and paypal already close the dispute, so it is possible to activate my account from incative or i can pay it again without and more dispute.
can u also unban my ip from my house because i can't access www.cehathappens.com from my house.
i am very sorry that u think this is a fraud

Sorry, but each time you "accidentally" dispute a payment to us, PayPal charges us $10 in fees. You are permanently banned.
