Hio, long time user here first time poster:

Some of the options in the trainer don't function as they should:

4 - adds humanity, not souls anymore.
5 - is a on/off option that doesn't affect humanity, don't see what it affects
7 - consumable slot doesn't actually affect the bottom consumable; the top empty one gets set to 1 or 1000 but the bottom one is unaffected
the teleport save actually teleports you to a previous location
9 - mega items, some items are maxed a 9? don't know if that's the game or the trainer.

Playing latest un-modded version from Steam, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. Not even using the beta function and it's on a clean new game install and new game start.

Could you please have a look and check that the functions are still doing what they are meant to do? Never had any issues with any other trainers from your site, ever.

Have you filed a report that the trainer needs an update?

CH has this for every trainer. It's called Trainer Update Notification System and is located above the Latest Message Board Posts of any trainer (Trainer Out Of Date?) or if you write a new message it's above the text box and highlighted.

For the most titles it needs at least 3 reports that the current trainer isn't working anymore.

I just got a message saying the trainer was currently working correctly, and our request for update was denied. The only options that are actually working correctly are infinite health and stamina. Every other option is not working as it should.
