i find the Problem, i changed the Language for this Game in Steam from English to Russian!!
With the Russian Languag works, UE Energy and Tech Points only Charakter Points works not.
You can Change in Steam the Language from English to Russian and vice versa.
With the English Version Trainer not works, only Tech Points Works.
On your Promo Video, you can see, Spidey lose Energie (look to the edges of the screen!!)
