I wanted to say that this couldn't be further from the truth, if you get even 5k downloads and only 20 stupid complaints/failure to check directions along with the real comments then you are still doing a great job.

As a web designer that last post by the admin made me sad to think people had given you that impression. Your work is very much appreciated and I couldn't thank you enough!
