Got the same Problem. But i noticed, that when i start the game, it says that i have got version 1.1.426397 Seems a bit weird, considering that version 1.9 is out for the Game. The thing is, mouse sensitivity was first integrated in the game with version 1.5 But i have got that option in game. Maybe steam works on a different basis? Where should i send the games exe so that you Guys could have a look at it?
The version numbers are different because you're using another version of the game. Germany's "censored" version won't use the same updates and most of the updates included compatibility for future DLC content as well as the DLC itself.
From what i've found out is that the German Steam Store has removed all of Sleeping Dogs DLC (incl. the HD Texture Pack??) from the catalogue because without those updates the DLC isn't compatible with the game and I don't think the CH team will make trainers for other versions of the same game.
