Neo: Strict and Great Mod, also has been here for ages, so has the most experience in CHU IMO, also someone worthy of lot of respect.

I don't know him that much, but he's the good helpful fun guy as I see him, and when he was a mod, he was kinda like the fun version of Neo or something. >_>
