i have just got a new modem and now all my trainers says invald trainer user do any of you know what to do ??

Have you tried logging out and logging in again (after you clear your cookies and temp files) and then redownload?

Your new modem is blocking the trainer.

it is a modem/router but what do i need to do in the settings of the router to make my trainer work

Have you tried an offline key?

Other than that, I know some others had problems similar to yours and needed admin to fix the issue.
