If I remember correctly, bandwidth is a metric that measures current activity on a given network...so these threads don't take up much bandwidth in and of themselves...it would be a problem if people were online viewing the thread and/or posting to the thread that would be the issue...not the thread itself. I think that these threads take up storage space more than affecting the bandwidth. Now I could be mistaken on the def of bandwidth...if that's the case then disregard this post because it then becomes irrelevant.
