When you are at level 5, pressing the give XP option is not working. My characters are still at level 5 even they have gained experience. Dunno if this a game or trainer bug.

Did you buy new chars? as the max for the starter 3 is level 5. You gotta buy new ones with high level caps
When I don't use the trainer, my three characters can promote to level 6. By buying a new ones, you mean to recruit new member?
The all-party health is not working. In one of the mission at a mine, the health status of the enemies can never go down after many repeated hits.
Anyone facing the same problem?

it's not a 'problem' it's a side effect to the way the game is programmed and the way the trainer works. the trainer notes tell you to turn the options off or don't use them if you see these sorts of things..
Numpad 1: Heal Party - press this key and all your party members health will go higher to a certain point. Every care was taken to try and make this affect ONLY your group. Each party member MUST have at least a little XP earned for this to work. If by chance you see this affecting other NPC or enemies, then of course, refrain from using it.
Numpad 2: Unlimited Party Health (BETA) - this option should be turned off when not needed. Every care was taken to try and make this affect ONLY your group. Each party member MUST have at least a little XP earned for this to work. If by chance you see this affecting other NPC or enemies, then of course, refrain from using it. When toggled on, all members of your group will keep high health at all times. Note that this option is in beta testing stage. Use it and if you like you can post feedback. If it generally works correctly we will leave it in place in future trainer updates. As stated, turn this off when not needed.
Normally I'm actually decent enough at this kind of thing, but with taking most of the strength implants out so that I can actually live longer than a few second, even with full damage boosters on my abilities, I just can't get a dent in on this guy. You've got to constantly circle the guy to stay alive. Get too close to him or even just cut a corner when circling, and he'll do you good and proper, heh. The problem I'm finding is that if you don't constantly hold right-mouse to order your guys round the edge, they'll run right to him and get smashed. Which makes it kinda hard to use targeted abilities. Eh, maybe I just suck at this game.
More annoying is that if you die on that mission, you get sent back to Soldide City, which is far enough away to get 2 or 3 level 9 encounters along the way back. That's just kinda sucky.
