Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Message Board  

I have tried every Kingdom of Amalur trainer on cheathappens.com and they all crash my game. i bought the game through Origin. There is an origin trainer, but it crashes the game, too. Please help me. I'm starting to lose faith in Cheathappens.com. ALL OF THE KINGDOMS OF AMALUR TRAINERS CRASH MY GAME!!

if you tried them all then there is nothing else that can be done. likely the problem is on your end as we had thousands and thousands of users using our trainers but people just like to blame cheathappens for their system blocking our trainers when they cannot figure out (or won't try to) what is causing the problem on their end.

First of all, I could do without the sarcasm. I'm not saying that it's definitely cheathappens.com fault. I'm looking for some help to figure out why it's not working. If it's on my end, what would make the game reject the trainer? I would appreciate any help I could get. I got the game through Origin. If you don't have anything construction to say, please don't reply.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on game and trainer. make sure game is up to date. use latest origin trainer. if still not working, send your exe for examination.

I got my on when origin was the only option to buy. All the other trainers work in my system currently windows 8. Unfortunately im screwed because apparently they will not release a windows 8 trainer for Origin. (www.cheathappens.com/show_board2.asp?headID=115642&titleID=17461)
I'm disappointed because i just got the 2 dlc and now i will have to wait for someone other than cheat happens to release a working version for windows 8/Origin.

FYI: I have Windows 7 64 bit and my trainer was crashing every time I launched it. I found out that it had something to do with Explorer which was updated from 9 to 10. I simply got rid of Explorer 10 and went back to 9 and everything works great now.

I'm looking to see if any resolution has been found or a change in status of development for a Win8 Origin client.

I'm running Win8 64bit with the latest version of the game through the Origin client. I have also purchased the two expansion packs, but not the weapons/armors pack.

I have ran the trainer with administrator permissions. After I press F1 to activate the trainer, the game crashes when I attempt to continue or load a new game. I have also tried running it as a Windows XP sp3 executable and the results are the same.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
