It activating now, and thank you but i can't add money?

hmmm was going to say this isnt working in steam but now i made the post and reread all previous notes in the thread ill try not to whine and attempt the fix previously stated

I use it for the windows 8 app...but don't work!

currently this trainer is compatible with Windows XP, 2000, Vista, and Windows 7.

Caliber is working to update trainers for windows 8. It may take some time though seeing as making trainers for new releases are top priority, followed by keeping trainers up to date for the most popular games.

So now I have to have a Windows Live ID *just* so I can cheat on this?

Would be a good, fun little game if not for that ridiculous and absurdly tough bicycle-lookin' Tsar's bicycle or whatever it's called in the campaign that I am forced to cheat with.

Edit: Yep, one Windows ID and $20k per round and I manage to survive the war until 1917. Thanks Caliber.

So let me get this straight. If you have the steam version, you are to launch it with the windows live? How do you do that? Doesn't make any sense.
