Feedback, Complaints or Problems

So I know I've said this before, but it was months ago. I just like to let you all know every so often that I very much appreciate your work. I've read a lot of the forum posts and also would like to point out you guys seem to handle a lot of non-trainer issues with windows and the like. Also very much appreciated. You guys and gals are an awesome team.
