It's 4 AM here and I can't get to sleep.
That'll automatically change when I go back to school, though.
Don't you have school/work to go to the next day? I suggest reading a book or drinking some milk. It doesn't need to be hot, that's either a myth or it just doesn't work on me.
I've got college, But that's not on early morning, It starts near noon.
I don't read any book, at all. I usually fall asleep while watching TV on sofa. Watching TV really works.
And about milk, I don't think it impacts that much, It just helps have a better sleep, not a cure for insomniac.
That's even worse if you want to get to asleep but you are obligated to stay awake. Usually happens to me at the nights before the exam day.
