Anybody else have trouble falling asleep?

Just stare off at night and do nothing, but can't bring yourself to go to the bedroom and fall asleep?

It's 4 AM here and I can't get to sleep.

The last time I slept a whole night was MONTHS ago, I always go to sleep at around 5-6.

That'll automatically change when I go back to school, though.

Don't you have school/work to go to the next day? I suggest reading a book or drinking some milk. It doesn't need to be hot, that's either a myth or it just doesn't work on me.

I've got college, But that's not on early morning, It starts near noon.

I don't read any book, at all. I usually fall asleep while watching TV on sofa. Watching TV really works.

And about milk, I don't think it impacts that much, It just helps have a better sleep, not a cure for insomniac.

Its 4 AM and my boss will fire me if I take a nap.

That's even worse if you want to get to asleep but you are obligated to stay awake. Usually happens to me at the nights before the exam day.
