I know that a similar topic to this has been addressed in the main trainer topic BUT I don't think my problem has anything to do with the trainer since I have not been using the trainer to level up or level down my character.
When I started the game it was with an imported character who started Mass Effect 3 as a level thirty character.
Then and this has happened twice during my current playthough my character has dropped down to level one all on it's own.
and then when I would reach around level thrity or higher the game would reset the characters leevl back to leevl one.
