Ive played through ME3 to completion twice so far, and Im still missing a couple model ships, 3 to be exact. I have every ship that can be found within Normandy, and everything that can be bought from all the various vendors.

    Link

I circled the ones that Im missing. If anyone knows what ships these are, Id really appreciate it, especially if you can tell me where to find them. Im about to start my third run through, and wanna make sure I get them this time around, and would like to know where they are in case theyre found on a mission.

Also, just to make sure, but there isnt a model that goes on the desk is there? That seems like a lot of empty space in the corner and I know we had a model on the desk in ME2, not sure if one in ME3

From what I remembered, all the ship models on the left glass panel are from ME2. The top right circle is a freighter and bottom left circle is the alliance cruiser model. Both can be bought on Illium in ME2. I'm not sure about the top left circle though. As for desk space, there are no more models there. They were moved to the right glass panel.

Ah crap. Ive searched the entire ship, and the ones Im missing can seem to be only found on the ship, so I probably missed them somewhere in ME2.

    Thanks for the help!

The bear... THE BEAR! The bear has it right.

Just check the stores from the Normandy cargo bay after every mission. You'll never miss anything that way.
"Remember the good old days when you could just slap Omni-Gel on everything?" - Shepard, ME2

"Not right now. Trying to determine how Scale Itch got aboard. Sexually transmitted disease carried only by Varren..... Implications unpleasant." - Mordin, ME2

No you did not miss them in ME2. The ships have nothing to do with game imports from ME2. You can still get the ships without playing ME2. Just follow the instructions I stated in my post earlier and you will be fine.

Oh and yeah Sky am always right Sorry been quiet bro. Been working but also been recovering my ribs are still bruised and am not really doing them any good. Doing this three day contract. But its the money I need was hoping for fours days work. But oh well al get to see what tax gets taken off me for this.

But anyway back on Topic. Just do what I said and you will be fine happy gaming.
