i can't seem to find Jack in Purgatory. i've done the Grissom Academy Mission and i did romance her in ME2 and i've authorized her and her students stay on the Citadel. any ideas?
does my over-drinking and finding myself lying close to Aria have anything to do with it?

Just giving some friendly advice to any who are looking for those parts to finish quests (any physical objects to give to the quest giver to finish it) more often than not if you miss them you can buy them from the Spectre requisitions office OR any of the other vendor shops (I believe Elkoss had one of the pieces of equipment). The entire idea is if you miss finding the item in any side quest or main quest that you can purchase it at a vendor (if you look for it. Best way is to use the alliance vendor in the shuttle bay to go through the list, then head to the citadel and buy it at lower cost). If you aren't using the money cheat on the trainer, then it's far cheaper to search every nook and cranny of the missions, but if you don't want to do that then just buy the stuff each time you finish a mission (1000 creds per item, or 1100 on the Normandy. If you get the intel that drops prices, then I dunno.)
