Hi I purchased a 3yr subscription with promo code for lifetime upgrade. My account status hasn't been updated yet and it's been a couple of hours. The only confirmation email I got is Google checkout receipt. Is there a downtime for this? I couldn't find information on who to contact regarding this. Thanks in advance, and btw your products rock!! ;D
