    SPOILERS ALERT: LAST WARNING

Ok. This is what I think of the ME3 ENDING options and the endings overall. They're terrible*.

If you decide to control you die and you're not even sure what you die for! To damn vague. It seemed like an ok option but I didn't want to die just to gain control over a bunch of reapers.

The destroy all synthetics option. Reapers die. The Geth I just saved die. In the cinematic I swear I can see normal people dying on earth. The Synthetics will one day take over without reaper intervention and finally EDI dies. Pointless option as the only plus is that you live afterwards.

Finally the MAKE THE UNIVERSE A BUNCH OF SYNTHETICS OPTION. That is the best option. Only you die. No fear from the future. Universal peace. But you die. And the effects of being a synthetic are vague too. WTF happens to normal live? Is it the end of Organic reproduction? Does being synthetic have any advantages? WHAT IS SO GREAT ABOUT IT?!

This was bad enough. Dues Ex got away with it because they didn't spend their last two games building up the main character, in Mass effect Commander Shepard, and they didn't even have any companions let alone have one of their games revolve around it. Now the endings might, MIGHT, have been ALMOST acceptable regardless of what occured in the end. Unfortunatly they don't even END it. They give a pathetic* cinematic as an excuse for an ending which tell us NOTHING of what happens in the future. To you companions like Garrus, or to the species you gathered, or even what happens within the 20 minuites after the crucible is used. Instead we get a Gramps talking to his a kid. That sucks and hurts more than having your balls used as a nut cracker but they go one step further and make it REALLY hurt. The gramps doesnt even mention anything about the aftermath or even 'current times' to ease our suffering. No. We get told he's going to tell the boy another bed time story. WTF. If Bioware screwed up the ending any further I would have grabbed my copys of Mass effect 1-3 and beat the writers to death with them.

I had hoped that the degredation of stories in gaming would not too badly affect the final ME3 and that Bioware could pull one final Epic Mass effect like before. But it appears I've wasted my money, my time and my sanity for this catastrophic* ending.

Here it is. my rant. I don't particularily care what you think but if you wanna add to my rant or negate it feel free. All I know is I will be going to buy a gun and a pair of stockings.

Edited to remove swear words. Tried to prevent it but some still got through. * is where I've removed them.

Welcome to the post ending nightmare that is ME3. lol

Seriously, seldom times have I seen an ending hated so much as this. Mostly because like you said, its extremely vague, and they cant even use the excuse "oh you'll see in the next one" because there wont BE a next one.

Bioware hasn't seen this much heat since DA2, and honestly this seems worse. I don't know what the whole point of marketing this game was, if it basically says, hey don't bother replaying, or adding people because guess what, doesn't matter in the end. You wont hear from them, or know what happens.

To be truthful those endings do not seem bad to me at all. Maybe a little vague but they seem fine to me. Oh and the endings in Dues Ex was excellent for that game. But that is me going off topic. To those expecting more than that is given at the end sorry but it looks like your not going to get what you wanted.

O you bear you with your acceptance. =[ Truth be told, Ending felt like a escape goat, same with Tali reveal, something they could have made epic! they turn into some stock photo crap fest.

You might forgive Bioware easily (Though I blame EA more. ever since they took over its been downhill.) After DA2 I expected ME3 to be a huge remedial and an epic game, and it was a lot of fun for most of it. Except for the Tali issue, and those things they call endings.

I expect to see huge ME3 billboards with graffiti that says "Shepard dies no matter what! oh and you don't know what happens to everyone you care about"

While I don't want to insult anyone that might have liked the ending I must say that I loath them.

What happened to all the decisions you made over the coarse of 3 games? Gone......just consolidated down to a red, green, or blue color swatch.

My Shepard didn't overcome all obstacles and beat all comers to be railroaded into these lame choices. Where is my option to destroy the Reapers, save the citadel and relays, and walk out to hug my LI. Make it hard to get....fine. It would have me buying every dlc that they decide to make.

Now, I can't even bring myself to replay any of the franchise as I know it is just a waste.

I forgive Bioware yep. But not EA I have never loved or liked EA after they destroyed C&C 4 and DA2, Heck I nearly lost every game I have that is connected to EA cause I voiced how I felt they where going.. Until I warned them that I publish my feelings to several large news groups and make it my sol job to make sure that how they act towards free speech is against the peoples rights.

To the endings I did say even tho they are vague. They are fine to me. But I did expect it to be like that since its EA controlled.

To the Tali photo. I kinda felt it would be poor. But really I do not care since my tali is in my Head, Just how they should have left it! I do not care how people say it. They should have left it at not seeing her. Cause then everyone would have there own tali in there mind and they would be happy. To say that people want to see something that no doubt will people off if cause she is not they way they want it. Is a total bull To keep the peace they should have left it to not seeing her! Players imagination is better than the creators.

I'm the same, I sit here looking at the icon on my desktop wanting to play it again without importing my me2 save, but then the image of all 3 endings pop into my head and I just can't do it.

All the work you put into the choices you make, the fighting and friendships all end in the same crap endings, its not worth me playing it again.

I really does suck, I loved the endings of the first 2 games, but this is just a complete rip.

I'm just hoping what Joker said on the Normandy comes true "How do you know this is even real, it all could be a simulation"

    Oh look, this thread again.

Seriously... can we not just accept that everyone has their own tastes in what constitutes a good/acceptable/bad ending and just move the hell on?
