Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I need some help, I have installed the Civilization V Trainer for the origional game. I have never patched it. I am using a Steam version. When I click on the application the icon disappears from the folder. When I start the game and hit F1, nothing happens. Can someone help me?

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer.

Thank you. It stayed open, but now I am having an issue of it working. When I hit the keys, it is activating the trainer, but nothing is happening in the game. Where can I find out what version or patch of Civ V I have so I can download the correct trainer?
