I go to the link that it tells me to on the troubleshooting section to download it, but it just says that the file has been removed or moved.

Also on a side note, does the CoH: ToV Trainer not work for mods such as eastern front? Because I saw someone on youtube using what they said was a CoH;Tov (Company of heroes - Tales of Valor) trainer they paid for, but it worked for mods too, but when I tried it and pressed F1 I got no sound or notice from the trainer.

The file is fine. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps.
