The trainer dated 11.15.2011 does not work. This is the only trainer available. Most of the time the F1 does not work and if it does work then the options are limited since most options do not work. The trainer crashes the game as well.

I have used many trainers from this site, some work, some work with some of the options and others just don't work. There is nothing wrong with my system or the software I am using.

Tens of thousands of other members have gotten this trainer to work with no problem. Something on your system is blocking or interfering with the trainers. We use different security templates all the time so don't assume that just because one works that all others will follow suit.

Wait a minute...I post a comment that the trainer does not work and you become defensive and blow me off? I think that something more constructive would be appropriate. I notice that there are always updates to the trainers. I do have trainers that work but not for NFS the run. I believe that the trainer has problems.

I will turn off everything except my antivirus, which would be foolish to do so. Let me know what I should be turning off for this specific trainer. My antivirus does not interfere I have had this software it for many years.

I didn't blow you off, I simply informed you that if the trainer had a problem, perhaps more than yourself would have brought it to our attention. That leads us to believe that something on your system is interfering with it. If you are not willing to follow our advice, then don't complain about the issues.

There are also several posts on the NFS message board about how and when to activate the trainer in order to make it work correctly.

I am willing to follow advice. You are not customer friendly and I pay for the service. This is the first time that I have complained. Are you officially responsible for all trainers and tech issues. I think your customer skills are lacking. I am going to follow up on your remark "if you are not willing to follow our advice, then don't complain about the issues."

Just FYI, saying the trainer crashes or does not work is synonymous with saying "I have pain" to your doctor. It literally tells us nothing other than conditions for program execution were not favorable. Anything can cause it from Anti-Virus compatibility issues to hardware failure. It is your job to go through the trainer troubleshooting guide then tell us in exact detail the steps you have gone through to remedy the problem. Otherwise there is nothing we can do and/or advise to you that hasn't been stated and restated hundreds and thousands of times across multiple boards and topics on this site.
