OK the post i put up was the Microsofts internet explorer,if anybody in future gets a RED SCREEN saying CHU is unsafe by using Internet Explorer here is what you do.
1.Go to Tools (top right hand corner)that cog.
2.click on Safety and Turn the Smart Screen Filter OFF!!

    Problem solved

I have been using CHU's website for over 2 years on and off b4 i became a full member and i have never had this issue before.

To end with trying to get intouch with Microsoft/Support for help is useless,i telephoned my Experts for which i have my PC covered for breakdown and within 10 minutes problem solved.

At this point in time i do not know if i was right or wrong for putting this Problem on the CHU website!!!!

Thank you to Neo7 who responded by saying get intouch with Microsoft support, that message got me moving staight away and now all is well.
