Well, its good that they are giving you more freedom in this one. Bringing back the casino and chocobo races is also a GOOD thing.

2 things i dont think ill be happy with though..

1: Action Sequences, pressing buttons at the right time is kinda blah imo..

2: Compass pointer type thing that will change the results of battles, i.e pre emp attack, not being able to retry the battle if you fail, and so on. cant say im gonna like that to much..

All in all i just hope someone will be able to make a save editor for this, HOPEFULLY the save wont be encrypted to hell like XIII's was cuz of Sonys dumb ass.

it's not radar it's a timer hit the monster by pressing X when near and get pre-emptive...make sure sure some one is rav or all of them..battles pretty much end before second turn can be keyed in.

Actually compared to FF13 this is a much larger improvement, lol. Just finished the game myself (lolendingrage) and there's quite a few nifty functions SE's added post game, e.g. random encounter modifier, increased item drops and not to mention alternate endings.. (in an ff game? wha-)

Still kinda ****ed that we HAVE to pay just to unlock Lightning though, bloody square vampires.

the game is less challenging, I think! Caius's main difficulties are his insane regeneration and attacks! even the mighty long gui can no longer stomp us dead with full stat characters!the monsters are much more annoying, especially the Undying!

the only challenges I've met so far is the brain blast quizzes and the blasted slot machine!

the only happy ending is when you bust Allysa at AF4XX Academia! the rest are sad and a great deal of disappointments!
