yes - you have to go in and edit the files. this can be tricky, but all stats can be changed for dang near everything in the game. be sure to back-up files before starting to play around with them first. then just start playing around with the files and have some fun. be very careful though, the changes must be in the same order as the originals - ie, placement and such in the file.
