i have been playing for few hours now and ... longer i play more "Cheated" i feel... i mean there is barely any new content in this game.. everything is the same except story... i feel like this might as well have been a DLC for Brotherhood ...
Note this isnt *****ing and Moaning I am just a bit disappointed and i am wondering how's everyone else enjoying the game !
Hookblade and ziplines, bomb crafting, Den defense, Master Assassin missions, Animus Island and Desmonds Journey, and the graphics are slightly sharper. (no more dancing shadows!)
I suppose compared to the previous AC's it adds less, but there is way too much content for it to be a DLC.
But really, AC revelations is the final chapter in Ezio's story. It was more of a "tying up loose ends" part.

Well the advertisments were really mis-leading. I understand your frustration flex. "All will be reavealed" That is unfair IMO. But,on the other hand,i already knew this latest installment was all about Ezio and Altiers revelations.
So,i came in knowing it wasn't going to be End all. There will be more...
i played for an hour stoped and traded it in. i loved all assassins creeds, but in an hour of playing the npc spaming grandes, and the amout of snipers in boxes, as well as alot of npc seemed to bug inside walls and shoot out while i couldent get them just made me not want to play
The way I view Brotherhood and Revelations is you shouldn't be thinking of either of them as full-blown Assassin's Creed games. They're both primarily extensions of Ezio's story, and at the same time expand upon ad continue the story taking place in modern times with Desmond secondly. Kind of like massive expansion packs.
Yes, they're full games in their own rights, but think of them more as Assassin's Creed 2.1 and 2.2. Play all three as one massive game.
Whoa... total deja vu... I'm sure I've had this conversation and written this exact same post before... o.O
Anyway... on a personal note, the two biggest attractions which keep me coming back for AC games is the free roaming/exploration and the story. Brotherhood and Revelations could have been exactly the same as AC2, just in a new location with a new part of the story, and I'd have been perfectly happy.
Don't get me wrong, I really like the additions they made in Brotherhood, such as rebuilding the assassin's guild, but like I said, I'd have been happy enough just for more story and exploration.
Maybe that's just me, but remember that's my own personal opinion before you start hitting me =P.

this exactly! game has ALOT of new stuff over AC2 and really brings more into play than ACB did. you have to remember this is not AC3 but an expansion on this part of the game.
