Does anyone know of a console command or some other way to increase the strength of the shouts? I am finding some of them a bit underwhelming and would like to buff the damage of the shouts.
lol i know what you mean, even with all 3 words, for something so mighty, they are kind of wimpy. I have searched (albeit not really with much effort) and have yet to come across anything to make them stronger... You would think the modding community would have gotten into this, however, maybe it is not editable. Who knows, at least I know I am not alone in the search for stronger shouts.

I think that this was expected to be as such seeing as how Bethesda really didn't think through some things.
They always make things weaker than necessary, especially later on in the games. Oblivion was such a case where basically the weapons got weaker as your level progressed.
Funny how you can get killed by Spriggans, Bears, Trolls and different creatures, but you seem to have no problem killing dragons. Some logic. It turns out that the only reason why dragons are so powerful is that they can breathe fire while flying.

OMG! Blitz, look! That Amumu has 4k health and is fed as hell. Better grab him when everyone on our team is around you!

Oh man... I can't even count as high as how many potions I had to use whenever one of those darned Dragons just refused to land on the ground.
Breathing fire/ice/etc down on me while flying, then lands on the roof of a house and breathes down on me from there, then while flying again. GET DOWN HERE YOU SUNUVA-!
Bow & Magic works, but it's not nearly as effective as melee.

Dragonrend + Blades sword + DragonBone shield.
That is my technique. =]
aye nice combo but some of us havn't got the general skill to be bothered with close combating a angry dragon who is wanting you for his/her dinner only way i cope is just flames in both hands when its on the ground and fireball when in the air, as long as you have the perks that dragon is going to be a crisp cinder by the time you are finished with it

My Flames/Frostbite/spark powers are really crappy, even with 100 in the destruction school. Just meh, only works really great on akeevers.
Mine were too until I made a circlet that boosted them properly, and made them worth using. Not just cutting the cost of casting them, but amping up the actual power%.
It'll be nice to be able to mod enchants like that into the Arcane Enchanter...
